  1. I currently play a lovely Jazz, and am about to take ownership of a MM SR5.

I think with my choice of basses, I have just about all sounds covered, however there is a niggling GAS coming on.

I would love a lefty Status 5 - do i need one or do i just have gas?

The first step on the road to recovery is recognizing you have a problem. Its definitley GAS. I'm not sure what the other 11 steps are.

You have G.A.S. No one on this site has found the other 11 steps. These steps can be found at the fountain of youth, which also has the holy grail and pure tone

GET IT!! why not have another bass??

  5. "Could he have ment the Camargue?" :smug:

I'd say just stick with the MM5, I don't really think you need another fiver if you're not absolutely sure about it!

The other 11 steps are to buy 11 basses you want. :D Hope this helps.

Great basses, but I'm not sure there's one in Adelaide for you to try out first to decide whether you need it as opposed to just wanting it. Put it down to GAS.
