    Actually the firt time I liked the sound of a bass played with a pick.

  8. Looks like a typical college lab, This could have been somebody's senior design project or grant pet. Either way, there was more encouragement than just available time.

    Don't you just "fret" the harmonic on the string near where you're plucking? I'm not quite sure how that works.
