I got a bass about 5 months ago, and I've been playing it and nothing has gone wrong... but just the other day I realized that I don't know what the adjustment nobs on there do... since I didn't get a manual... it's a ibanez gsr 200... it's got three nobs... I know this sounds really stupid... but please don't make fun of me... I would great apprieciate any and all help that people have
  2. Hmmm...

By looking at the info in the Ibanez site, it would seem to me that the:

    1) knob closest to the neck would be volume for the "P" (split) pickup
    2) middle knob would be volume for the "J" (closest to the bridge) pickup
    3) last knob would be a tone control, clockwise likely giving max high end and counter-clockwise likely giving least high end.

I have that bass, and he is right.

    P pickup volume
    J pickup volume
    and universal Tone.
