    Haven't seen this in the few pics of Pilot innards that I've found. The bass has been modded with at least a pickup selector switch, so maybe it was added after.

    Some kind of preamp I guess? Any idea what the 2 switches on the left might do? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Two tone knobs too? More pics and info would help.

    My guess is EMG active tone but I've never seen one like that..

    BTC has two dip switches to control tone curve.

    yessir! 2 tone knobs with center detente, I think it is an EMG BTC...thanks!
