    One would think the settlement would be bigger considering the 'company' deciding to NOT PAY the artist...for years.

    No too mention the money that song has made over the years prior to Disney's use of it causing a resurgence of the Theatrical release, video, and then the DVD. Is the song also subject to performance rights in the Broadway play too?

    And P Aaron is right. That settlement should have been much higher.
