    i once saw a MIM jazz bass signed by les claypool and didn't even get bid on for a $200 no reserve auction!! what the???

    Wow. That thing is cool. I don't think I'd be worthy of playing that beauty. I think I'm gonna go lie down now.
     
  6. I'm not worthy either (and certainly not tall enuf for a doubleneck!), but I played it a couple of times in Louisville. Very nice bass - but HEAVY!!

    It seems that they list it for auction about every 6 months or so.
