this seems like a bad idea

    That doesnt sound like too bad an idea....
    I obviously have no idea what it actually is, but it sounds like its a CD, with tracks of metronome clicks that get progressively faster each track. So if it plays the same speed for a minute or so it could be helpful. I am going to get it!!!:D LOL


    I wonder if this is a sign of developing GAS?:rolleyes:

    maybe that is what it is but from the descrition i got from it it was basically a click track that has an accelerando throught the cd

    It seems like a good idea to me, but remember, its a tool to help you get faster, not get better time.
