    Needless to say I'm a massive fan of yours. Thanks for all the great music over the years.

    Just a curiousity question ...

    What influence did guys like Jaco, Stanley Clarke, Paul Chambers and Ray Brown have on your playing ?

    The thing I really dig about your playing is your ability to traverse a whole bunch of styles and put it all together to sound solid and cohesive, particularly going from something like Against the 70s to Sidemouse Advice. Is this something that you had to work on or did it come naturally ?
