I'm building a rack system for the 1st time, and my main potential components are a SVP-PRO or SVP-BSP preamp, and Carvin DCM1500 poweramp, and a BBE Sonic Maximizer 362SW. Can anyone share their experience with BBE 362SW, or any other BBE for that matter, and about dbx, or behringer, or anyother competing compressor/limiter/gate product out on the market today? Thanks

Oh yeah, I'd also like to mention the cab I'd be running it into is a SWR Megoliath 8x10.

You never can go wrong with a BBE. I have a really old BBE 401 and I never play without it.

Behringer makes really good stuff, especially for the price. I don't care much for their multiFX unit (although it's really ok considering the price), but I have a Autocom MDX 1000 Compressor, and it can hold up against dbx and Alesis IMO.
