I have a possible trade situation where my choices are between: An Aguilar TH500, GK Fusion, or GK MB 800. I'll be playing pick and finger style, no slap. Bass is a heavily modified Epi EB-0 with Chromes, and ideally a P or PJ at some point in the future. Sold off my entire rig and I'm rebuilding so no cab at the moment, but eventually it'll be powering either a fFearful or one of those cool Big E cabs. I like playing with weird effects, but for amp tone I'm definitely more of an old school 60's-70's rock guy. Early Zepplin and Sabbath, Cream, Buffalo, as well as some more modern stuff that cops that feel like Devil Doll and Witchcraft. If it can also handle a hard overdrive sound ala Truckfighters and a thick dub reggae vibe then all the better.

Given those parameters, which amp makes the most sense for me? I love the sound I've heard from a Streamliner but that's not an option on this trade.

first would b the th500, it does a great middy vintage vibe. Second the fusion, they straight rock and handle effects like a champ.

If you are getting an 8 ohm cab 15/6 etc, I'd definitely go for the mb800. Tons of power, great tone, light and great reviews overall.

Other than that the TH500 seems like it would be better built. Aguilar makes great stuff. I have the tone hammer pedal and really like it.
