I am going to begin my summer project of building some flight cases/ road cases for my two cabs. I move them back ad forth in and out of the van, bars, and practice spaces. They've got some battle scars. I am new to this...
What's the best place to get parts?
    What should I avoid?
And lastly, what's your two cents?

I saw a start to finish video on You Tube that was quite good step by step.

  4. Hi.

Here's my ATA style bass-case build:

I usually don't bother documenting croad case builds, really straight forward once You've made a few, but I'm doing at least two specials in the near future so I guess I have to start taking some pics. These get asked a lot for some reason, and also for some reason the builds are as scarse as hens teeth.
DIY style, one gets a pro case for the price of a cheapo.

    Regards
    Sam

I don't know if they're the cheapest, but reliablehardware.com is where I get my stuff.

Thanks Mike, orange aluminum is a little cheaper, they look "legit"...I'll have to take the leap on faith. When I start the build I'm make a thread about it.
