Tobias Growler serial number?

    My friend recently picked up a used Tobias 4 string Growler at guitar center. I noticed that a few things were off. Its controlls were that of a gibson tobias and it is also blue. Ive never seen a blue tobieas except ffor the killer b and its not one of those. Also its serial number is 11739. Anyone recognize the serial?
