Wonder what that would sound like...
wow, that looks like an Atlansia design.
Now THAT is an ugly bass.
Owner must've tried to commit an abortion at the last minute.
The chrome one looks kind of cool.
The pickup is interesting though.
hmmm... it's not that bad...
"you'll [poke] your eye out with that thing!"
I like it...
the pickguard and color remind me of a MM 5.... cool! i want one
I like the chrome one the best. As far as sound goes...hmmm..like to hear one myself!
The Tokai B 135 Talbo [with nickel plated finish] is SERIOUSLY one of the best instruments I have played, I was just too stupid to pick it up in Toronto while I had the chance. Jazz-like neck, strong smooth pickup, well balanced, very consistent sound from all strings. Personally, I love the look too. Played through an Ashdown
EVO 500 combo, I had a constant stream of people asking me what it was, loving the sounds!
I've never tried or seen a Tokai Bass, but i do own a Tokai SG Copy, and it sounds almost as good as a real Gibson SG standard. All that for 300 bucks! Go Tokai!
I wonder how heavy it is
Not too heavy I would guess. Hollow and aluminum...
I like it!
awesome. I would love to play one!
"I'd Hit It"
Not heavy. Roughly the weight of a Stingray, slightly less in fact. Balance was sweet. The body actually heated up as I played it...
I got my credit card ready.. Where can we find them for purchase? It would look awsome on my wall.
Isn't that what we're all looking for in a bass?
I kind of like it though.
The pickups even moreso than the body!
Yea yea, great with the talking.. Where do you get one?
That is if you havent already gotten one seeing how this thread is a year and a half old.
