    Hi folks,
One of each in my local area; I tried out the JB-85 (1964 style, tobacco sunburst with no pickguard) and was very impressed.
Likely trying out the JB-60 next week.
Any idea of what these should be going for nowadays?

  5. I like those a lot. Here in Europe, some take extraordinary prices, but I don't think they sell it for what they are asking for. I'd say between 500,- and 800,- is reasonable. There is a Tokai Jazz from 1981 in the german ebay ads for 580,- now.

$500-ish seems reasonable. That’s what quality MIJ stuff goes for around here.

That makes sense. Yes, the JB-45 is going for £550 and the JB-85 is online for £650....
