I recently picked up a nice Tom Anderson jazzbass.
It's a typical jazzbass: alder body with a red nitro finish, maple neck, rosewood fretboard, clay dots. Pickups are active (by Duncan) and bridge+tuners are by Schaller.

The bass vibrates really good and the sound&playability are awesome. Craftmanship is also excellent. A top quality bass, so to say.
It's probably made in the 80's, but that's all I know by now.

I know TA Guitarworks guitars and their reputation as high end guitar maker, but a TA bass seems to be extremely rare.

I have tried to get any kind of information about these basses with Google etc but I didn't find anything!
So, if you know something about these beatyful instruments, please don't hesitate to help me! Thank you.
