One of the best I've ever played: action, woods and workmanship, it is all here from one of the best builders.

    Hello. About this bass, please:
    • Do you know what the woods are, at least the body wood?
    • Does it include a gig bag or case?
    • Can you add a photo of the entire back?
    • Are there any noteworthy dings, gouges, or scratches, especially on neck back or edges?
    • Approximate weight?
    Thanks,

    Snaxster

    Under 9lbs.
No note worthy dings on body a little slap rash pictured and some under "pick guard.
    Send email for more pics
Gig bag or case both really nice the gig bag is a Ritter
Neck is maple and ebony - both beautiful. The body??? Super tight grain . . . I don't know but it looks good and the acoustic sound is sweet.

This is a great player, low action and a perfect neck with a ebony board.

There is not one bass in this price range in the for sale forum that is even close. Whoever gets this will be shocked at the playability, neck, seasoned woods and construction. Look at Tom's current work to give you an idea of what this instrument is like.

Any notion on what type of body wood was used?

As a former owner of an 80's Tom Anderson Jazz, I can vouch for the level of quality on these. Doesn't get much better.

Thanks for the support. I do not know the body wood type, any guess?

Yeah, the boutique craftsmanship and aged woods. I have owned the best vintage Fender basses and this Anderson has that same feel but who would guess? Seeking out the real players and having them at 1/5 the coast is nice. The Delap I owned was in the same league.
