    HI nate.

note that there is a slight difference between Mr. Green's neck through design and others, namely that the neck is inset into a wooden center block, which is what the body wings are attatched to, and that the graphite neck beam does not extent all the way to the bridge. I think the idea is to retain some interaction with the wood in the body while still having a solid neck through design and look. Not to compare builders, but Joe Zon does something similar with his "neck through" Legacy Elite models that are actually dovetail set in necks that appear neck though because of the smooth transition and the black finish on the rear of the instrument.

The SC-2 neck through I played once was very lively, and actually exibited alot of body resonance. I imagine the sound difference between the neck though and bolt on SC-2 would be very subtle and perhaps not even noticeable.

Hey, you could always e-mail Mr Green, I have found him very responsive to e-mail.
