Tone Hammer AGS magic

    Just wondering if anybody has any frequency plots/charts of what exactly the AGS circuit does. There's some magic there that I love and I'd love to know exactly what it is.

    Thanks, I've come across this before but still good to revisit. The main reason I'm curious is because I'm thinking of swapping for an AOU, and if I know what the AGS is doing, it can help guide me in the right direction for when im after that sound.

    Make sure you read the whole post. It's kinda long for those of us with no attention spans, but worth it.

    I'm a fan of the THDI. It just hits so many sweet spots for me in a small and easy to use package. Plus you can get them pretty cheap here on TB.

    I keep one on hand and pull it out from time to time. One of those "times" was yesterday and it still sound good. I'm going to use it this weekend as the end of my pedalboard chain for my gigs: Tuner to MXR BOD to Terraformer to THDI.

    Might swap the Terraformer for a Silver Deluxe? Not sure...
