So I recently acquired a 94 squier j bass. ( dont have pictures so it doesn't exist, I know. ) So I played it at practice this week and the tone nob when turned past 1 had increasing feedback that was insane. Any ideas why this would be? Thanks!

You need to replace your nobs with knobs

You'll have to open it up and look for the loose wire- I would imagine one has broken free?

Thanks for the replies! I'll look into it. Stupid phone auto correct, now I feel like a nob.
