ToneLib Zoom: I can't connect to online patches

I recently purchased a Zoom B1 Four and after installing ToneLib Zoom (OSX 10.10.5 Yosemite) to exchange patches formulas with other users I found out it can't connect to the online server (it looks like it logs in but the interface gets frozen).

Any idea of what might be happening?

There is no on/off switch on a Zoom B1 Four and I'm powering it using the USB connection to the mac. I plugged and unplugged anyway and it's the same, it can't access the online patches after logging in with my name/pass in ToneLib.
