As new B-Stock Fender Tony Franklin fretted P Bass Olympic White. Price includes shipping CONUS. This bass is essentially still new and comes with its original and new Fender black tolex hsc and all case candy. I bought this new in Aug 2016, along with another bass with the idea of only keeping one. It has taken a while, but I've decided to sell this one. Why is it B-Stock? I wondered the same thing. B-Stock means some cosmetic issue. All I notice is a faint smudge about 1cm x 4mm under the finish on back of the neck at the headstock (see pic). Otherwise it still has plastic on the pg, looks new, smells new, and it is beautiful. Plays/sounds just like you'd hope it would. No issues. Weighs in at 9lbs 6oz. ...and there's the one that sometimes keeps me awake at night! If you still have this thing by the end of March, I'm going to make you an offer, pending a land sale.
Today's the day... I'll have an official weight this evening... if I can remember to bring the scale home.... Care to guess the weight? $50 discount to the winner!
Freaking Beautiful! Are the necks on these like the modern Am Std or wider like the MIM 50's and/or Roadworn P's. Being a 5 string player, the more baseball bat the better! LOL
This neck is like my 2014 American Std P; Modern C shape, 1.625" nut, and (I think) a 9.5" radius. One of the reasons I bought it is I find this neck to be just right for me. I had a Roadworn P for a minute and, you're right, neck like a baseball bat; 1.75" nut, maybe 7.25" radius, very thick front to back. Different animals. Thanks for your interest.
A little, for the right instrument. Fender Vintage Hot Rod P (flags engraved on neck plate), or AVRI 62 P or 64 J. Thanks!
