    What are your top 5 favorite live recordings?
    Here are mine in no particular order:
    1) "Love & Happiness" cover by Graham Central Station

    2) "Strawberry Letter 23" by the Brothers Johnson with Larry Graham sitting in on bass.

    3) "High Times" by Jamiroquai. The Vancouver gig from the boot CD Funky Paranoia. Lord Zender on bass.

    4) "Eyeswater Fallin" by Level 42. Mark King on bass.

    5) "Only So Much Oil In The Ground" & "Came To Play" by Tower Of Power. Rocco on bass.

    Honorable mention: "Stay This Way" by the Brand New Heavies. Andrew Levy on bass & "Sun Goddess" by E, W, & F. Verdine White on bass.
  2. i dont think I have a top 5 but my favorite live cd (and dvd) is And All That Could Have Been by Nine Inch Nails.

  5. Can´t think of5 right now... but Pulse by Pink Floyd is one of my favorites.. Also that 2cd set from Dave mathews Band.. I don't own it.. but.. its a pretty good recording.

  10. For all of us who grew up in the 70's, I have to mention 'Cheap Trick: Live at Budokan'. Far, far superior to the standard 70's issue 'Frampton Comes Alive'.

    The best live punk record I've heard would be Decendents 'Hallraker'. A close second is Black Flag "Who's Got the 10 1/2".
