Not sure if this should be in the effects forum or here, but I have a couple of questions regarding the Torpedo C.A.B.

    1. In terms of audio quality, is there any difference between the pedal and the plug-in? As far as I can tell the pedal just runs the plug-in, but I could be wrong.

    2. People are calling this thing revolutionary - how is it better, or different to existing amp / cab sims? Especially MarkStudio, Ampeg SVX, etc. It seems to me that they all do more or less the same thing, but again, I could be wrong.

I like what I've heard so far, but having tried the plug-in version, it doesn't seem too superior to existing amp sims, it's more like another take on the same thing. Would like to know people's opinions / experiences, especially if you've used it for recording.
