I like the feel and look better than the gold anodized personally. Huge improvement in my tone. And adds an extra 10,000 hours of practice handicap to my playing. What do you think?

It "looks great" and "probably sounds better now" but "it means nothing to me without the Rosewood board" so you may want to "go back to the gold Anodized."

All kidding aside it does look great. I'd keep it.

IMHO fiesta red is one of those colors like sunburst . It always needs tort . Now it looks exactly as it should.

  6. Tort works with almost any color. I just torted my Sonic Gray Jazz. Yours looks great.

  7. Big like.

Forget “more cowbell;” it should be “More Tort.”

Love the sonic gray jazz, can I see it with the tort? I wish they’d off a sonic gray p!

That looks amazing. I love the RW basses but I am not a fan of the aluminum pick gaurd so I put a black one on my 2-tone sunburst RW P-bass and it sounds a million times better :bassist:. Relic'd it myself.

I am a tort fan, but will say tort looks best with rosewood and the anodized gold with maple.

    I am biased though.

I'm a fan of tort on fiesta red, but in *this* case, not so much - I agree with the other poster that said it doesn't work as well with a maple board... Also, maybe it's just the darkness of the pics, but IMO that WD tort doesn't look that great... Here's mine(never mind the dog legs, lol):

Just a bike that goes nowhere fast . It’s my old cervelo r3 that mostly lives on the trainer since I race mostly mtb these days.
