Tough decision to make..

Hello everyone,

Recently I purchased a Barcelona bass guitar on eBay. The seller needed me to cancel the purchase and re-send it because he never received it. I ended up paying $70 including shipping for it.

Long story short, I just got the payment back to my credit card and I am having some second opinions. Guitar Center has some very nice used squire P, and J basses in their used section. I would have to barrow about $25 from my parents for shipping though.

Would it be wise to hold off and buy the squire? I have no idea how good the Barcelona will be. Here is a link to both basses I am looking at! I have an Ibanez amp combo on the way in the mail as well. Any guidance would be great.. Only 17 and don't have lots to spend at the moment!

Yeah that's what I am doing. I think it will be the best decision.
