Hey everybody I'm finding myself on the road for the second time in a month, and, amidst the slight weight gained and much sleep lost, I find myself growing restless in the van. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks as far as stretching / exercising in the van / on the road goes, or maybe some tips about small meals I could pack from home (nothing too extravagant obviously haha), or really any general tips on how to stay healthy on the road. Do a bunch of pushups whenever you get out of the van. Bring a frisbee or something so that when you have little breaks you can go move around. Don't eat gas station food! It's the worst. Trail mix is your friend. After a few weeks on the road it gets tough. Touring is a weird mix of the most fun you've ever had and the most bored you've ever been.
