    *Sold*

I think it's actually an old Johnson body. I've offered it before, but I love it and couldn't go through with it. But it's a mite heavy now, since I've been having an issue with my shoulder. I played it last night and it raised hell with me, and the soreness has lasted all day now. I need instruments that are light and very easy to bear- I generally have no issue with weight, but it's pulling down on the nerve bundle that goes through my shoulder and it's a killer-diller...

I'm in physical therapy but it's going to take a long while I think to get back up to speed, and I've got gigs now. I'm looking to trade this old, well-used / somewhat abused, excellent player for something that weighs about half as much.

It's got a sweet Squire A-type neck, Rosewood, made in Indonesia. It may be the best, funnest player I've ever had, but is now impossible for me to deal with. Sad, but hopeful, so I got to be forward here. Need to play!

Offers for trades will be enthusiastically considered, thanks for looking in.

'Tis a garden-variety 9 lbs. Not so heavy, but as I say, I've got an issue- it bears down on a nerve that's created problems, and I'm trying to heal 'er up. This is going to be a long-term problem, so I'm willing to play something else.

Will sell for $150 + shipping. Old beat hard-shell case, strung with LaBella flats. Great sounding bass- not your typical Fender, quite, but it's got a nice character. Again, a beautiful player. Gig a lot? Rowdy bar scene? This can not only get the booty shakin' (long as you can), but she can deliver a mean whack onto a reinforced fiberglas/ABS motorcycle helmet. Not that I've ever done that...
