i assume something of this nature goes here, if not, move it.
i finished up notating a short bass piece i wrote this morning, its an intro to another piece i have. lots of chording...and i'd like to find a program(shareware, hopefully) that i could use to transcribe it, so i can print it out, and have it not be so messy. any suggestions? i'd also like to share it on here, so i can get some opinions on the piece. thanks.

Finale. Best music notation program out there. Expensive, though; you might have to acquire it through other means.;)

You can download Finale Notepad off of their website. It's free, and gives you most of the options you'll probably need. The full version is, as was mentioned before, very expensive.
