I own a Warwick Streamer LX5, and when I play unplugged the bass has a great sound to it but the amplified sound, while being good, is not as 'singing' and organic as the acoustic un-amplified tone.

well I figure out that might be due to the electronics so what 5 string J pickups and preamp should I put in it if I want the real tone of the bass to come out more dominant?

If you can track down a set of Lane Poor's Js, you'll find what you're after. He makes the most transparent and all-around best stuff in the business, IMO. He's apparently out of business, hopefully temporarily, but I wouldn't let that be a deterrent.

I would contact Roger Sadowsky. He sells his famous Pickups and onboard preamp.
    Pickups are 150 Dollars.
