Treble buzz

    The GK 1001 rb2 buzz when I boost the treble of the amp, and buzzes more when boost the treble of the musicman.
    I want to boost the treble of the bass without getting that noise.

    A Hartke with Graphic EQ I am playing allow me to do that..

    Do I need a graphic eq to do it?

    The high end is invariably noisey. When you say "boost", are you really saying "cranked"?

    No, when I put the bass with the treble more than flat the noise appears

    Have tried pushing in the "Hi-cut" switch on the 1001rb II ?
