im currently debating whether or not to get a 5 string warmoth with a tremelo. will having the tremelo cause the bass to sound "weaker"?
  2. My Sei 5 has a new Hipshot tremolo, and the sound is just as solid and with just as much sustain as any fixed-bridge bass I've played. So you should be OK... :D

No, it should sound fine. I've got a trem on my Steinberger, and it sounds just like every other Steinberger.

Might need to what your language.

If you get one, review it in a different thread, I would be interested and hearing some stuff about it. I read the Bass Player article on it and their review was a little to "sugar coated', as are most of their reviews.

The tester we put together has great punch and sustain. The bridge is quite massive, and it sounds like one of the old 2Tek through-the-body bridges, IMHO.

Here it is, by the way...
