    Hello.

I have created certain sound files to go with songs that my band plays. I've been using emulatorX and saving these files as wav files, dropping them into my RC-20 and kicking them on with my feet at the appropriate time. I am thinking there must be a higher resolution, easier way to do this. Any suggestions?

  2. Ableton Live! Check it out... I have not used it in a Live situation yet, but as I understand it, that is what it is really good for. Check the video demos and all that jazz.

I have used it for composition - it allows you to use samples in real-time, move them around, manipulate them, create and compose on the fly - very cool product!
