tring to Identify a G&L

    Ok
    I was at a music store a while ago and came across this bass. It was 4 string G&L. Hollow Body. It was black but a dark wood clear finish on all the edges. Thats all I remember except that it felt get on my body just a pleasure to hold.
    Any ideas from this scechy description?

    Sounds like an ASAT hollow-body with natural binding. Did it looks sorta like this?

    Maybe it is an ASAT hollowbody bass
