I think you mean "Louie Louie", by the Troggs. No need to be so formal.;)

C'mon jc, you're pulling our collective leg. You know The Kingsmen did "Louie, Louie," not the Troggs. The Troggs did "Magic Carpet Ride." ;)

And it's an Am7bb15, not Am7##13, puffguppy. Common mistake. ;)

This could go on for days...

In all seriousness, the Troggs DID record a version of Louie Louie, in fact I have a copy of it.

Anybody ever hear the Richard Berry version (the original)? It's a calypso number!!! God only knows what the Kingsmen were thinking when they covered it.

Hmmm..."Puff Guppy" - I hear the beginnings of a big career in Rap or R&B. ;)

If we cant come up with the tabs how the heck am i sposed to figger it out??? Will I be able to play this on my 11 string or do i need something more?

I started to get it but the battery on my declammifier died.

  10. hey thanks that explains a lot, darn i was so close, but playing it your way cleaned it up. as far as tabs go i start second dot down on the fatest string then go to the second dot on the not as fat string, then move on to the third dot on the same string and then back to the second.
the bridge goes first dot to second dot on the fat string. if your neck doesn't have dots i can't help. thats the way a guitar player showed it to me

Wasn't "Magic Carpet Ride" done by Steppenwolf?
  12. No, that was Eric Burdon and the Animals. ;)

Rockinjc, I have the tabs to "Runnin' With the Devil" by Deep Purpel. I'll trade you for the Louis Louis! :D

I still need those tabs for Ozzy's 'No More Tears' that I posted about back in May.
