    Hello everyone!
    I am new here.
I am trying to locate a pair of Date coded coil Pickups (1974) for my 1974 Precision bass.
Currently it has Dimarzio pickups but I want original Fender pickups.
Does anyone know wheere i should go to locate a set or does anyone have a set they would be willing to part with (working or not , as long as the coils are dated 1974)
    Thanks in advance!

    FWIW:

Ebay. They show periodically: working, non-working, and occasionally (bizarre) half of one. Since 60's are becoming so expensive and less frequent, 70's pups are showing more often - and for more money as well. I would expect to pay ballpark about $80 for non-working and $150 for working.

That's LISTED as such. Don't do vintage so the dating thing I can't speak for, although I have seen dates (or at least numbers) on some.

Of course vintage outlets like Gruhen, Elderly, vintage bass trader, etc. - you'll pay top dollar there but you'll know what you're getting in advance too.
