Hi, my first post here but i'm sure i'll be badgering you lots more as I start my quest into bass playing.

I've got a Spector Bass that I can't find any details or info about this particular model. Any help you guys can give, including what it's value might be, would be much appreciated.

    Here's some pics:

Ahhh that's great thanks, chuffed you could help me out. It sounds great and easy to play, but not really the bass sound i'm after. I'm thinking of selling/trading it to get a P Bass. Any idea on what it's value might be? It's in fair condition.

You are skirting the TB rules when it comes to pricing an instrument in a thread. Become a Supporting Member. Searching the classifieds should give you a ballpark idea of what you're looking for.

    Oh, and welcome to TB!

  9. Is it just me, or does this thing have the goofiest intonation setup ever??

Sorry about skirting the rules, I will have a nose around in the classifieds.

As fro the intonation, i've never touched it since it was given to me. It's not really the sound i'm after so i've tended to stick to playing my Jazz Bass copy. But does feel nice, i'm sure with a proper set up and a bit of TLC it'll be a great bass to the right person.
