Tucson Area TB members...Need a recommendation

    I was wondering if anyone knew of, and would recommend, a good bass guitar instructor in the Tucson, AZ area?

    I have been wanting to improve my skills and its time for an instructor. I'm wanting someone who is an actual bassist. Not a guitar/bass/whatever do-it-all type instructor unless bass is his/her passion. Someone who can get through my thick skull to help me understand theory and such. :help:

    Any help would be appreciated! :bassist:

    Have you been to Rainbow Guitars? I'm sure someone there could hook you up.

    I was in Tuscon this past September and that shop impressed me.

    Yea, Rainbow is the only store I deal with in Tucson. Really great guys there. They may not have the biggest selection I have seen but it is the best in Tucson. Its also kinda nice they actually have a dedicated bass room. Its also where I bought my Trace head. I guess I should check who they know of.

    I didn't know Ed lived in Tucson, sweet! :bassist: I'll have to get in touch with him. BTW, Ed is the type of teacher I have been looking for!
