Not sure what forum to post this in so I'll start here.

Our band was in the studio last weekend and we did a take on our first song, went in to listen to it and myself and the guitar were out of tune....slightly.

We went back and checked our tuning. I was right on according to my Digitech and he was right on according to his Korg rackmount. I plugged into his Korg and I was out of tune.

Now I am concerned about this because I got home and checked my tuning from my little Korg tuner to the Digitech and they both show the tuning to be the same.

What is the best way to check calibration of tuners? I would think 440 is 440, but since it electronic anything is possible.

Simple. Calibrate your tuner to his. Or his to yours. Whichever is easier, since you'll probably have to do it each time you play - most tuners seem to lose their custom tuning each time you remove power.
