Since I got my 5 string, my current tuner just doesn't cut it anymore - its has trouble picking up the low b - any recommendations for a relatively cheap tuner (up to Boss TU-2 sort of price range)

Every Korg tuner I have owned has picked up the low B of my 5 strings just fine, even the $20 cheapie one (CA-20??).

Play the 12th fret harmonic on the B-string It will register, then tune. :)

My cheapie Seiko 737 works great with the B-string. I even got the same tuner for my daughter for guitar.
