Ok i took my bass to school on thursday and took it out of my case and the part that the string wraps around on the headstock (the part of the tuning peg) had snapped and i wanted to know if i can get a replacement for the whole tuning peg mecahnism and how musch it will cost.....i have a tanglewood rebel 4k bass

Has anyone else ever had this problem?

  2. probly cheaper to replace the bass :D

but seriously, u can get spare tuners, pegs and bushings etc people like Allparts, warmouth etc, fairly cheap....all u want is a 'Gotoh' style tuner.
