Turning off the tweeter/horn

    Just curious how many guys are actually turning off their tweeter/horn in their cabs. In the past I have always had to have one in my cabs, but for the past few months I have been turning it off and really dig the speaker response and tones without the "sizzle". Gives me more of a classic funk tone. What are your opinions?
     
  2. I remove or disengage them.. the guitarist can hang out in that freq

    I always turn mine completely off.

    I always have mine turned off. I don't like a lot of high end or sizzle in my tone either.

    I turn my down or off. For what I do it doesn't add much and most of the horns I hear don't sound all that good.
