TuxGuitar sheet music

Have been using TuxGuitar software for awhile, learning new things every day.

Question: Would like to know how to save a piece and then be able to bring it into this post, and use it as an example or visual aid. It's the getting it into this post that I have not been able to do.

Making, saving, editing and printing I've mastered. It's the moving it through the Internet that I am having problems with.
