  1. I was wondering which tweeter is best, and which ones ar to be avoided. And if i get a amp with a not-so-good tweeter is it advisable for me to change tweeter in that amp (if i'm satisfied with everything else)

I had a cheaper 410 with tweater years back and hated the high end. I put an old altec driver in it and the difference was amazing. Most quality cabinets are using fostex drivers for the high end. You could also check parts express, i see they have some eminence high frequency drivers that look pretty good.

By and large problems lie is not in the tweeter but in the crossover. A 3rd order high-pass filter on the tweeter is the minimum required for good result in professional usage. The majority of bass cabs don't meet that standard.
