    Bassa Centre had one last night. They run them from time to time. I've seen Michael Manring and Steve Lawson. Some of the big music gear shows run clinics or mini gigs. I saw the above two at a distance of 5ft, must be quite intimidating.
    Steve Lawson is dong some clinics soon but I think that they are in Manchester. Try his homepage http://www.stevelawson.net he also does small venue gigs with and without clinics beforehand.

    Do you mean the Bass Centre? They've got a clinic there tonight with Armand Sabal-Lecco, 8pm - 9pm (doors open 7:30pm). I thought I hadn't noticed it mentioned here!

    Actually, 8-9pm wasn't strictly accurate, despite that being what I'd been told when I rang up earlier in the day. It was more like 8:30 - 11pm! It had some good stuff in there but I think it could have done with starting on time and not finishing so late.

    The next clinic there is on 1 December, with Doug Wimbish.
