    Hey guys

I'd like to protect the fretboard of my fretless Jazz bass with marine epoxy a la Jaco. Could anyone give me a tip on places to find such stuff?

    Kind regards

  2. I am not sure about marine epoxy, but i know you can get fibre glass kits for repairing cars etc. from car shops. If i may make a suggestion, as you are in Scarborough, try going down to the local surf shop (i remmember there being one last time i was there) and ask them about the resin. This sounds odd i know but surf boards are fibre glass coated, and so have a resin layer. Most surfers tend to dent the boards and so have to repair them, this means they may know where to get the resin from.
