    Howard makes some of the best pickups in the world, I have a set of his tic/tac jazz pickups in my Lowend jazz bass & they sound amazing!

    Wish I’d installed this in my Precision, but the stock pickups are killing it for me at the moment.
    I have one of Howard’s fancy Proto Guitars MM/J humbuckers in my all aluminum bass and it’s truly incredible.
    He’s certainly a master of his craft.
