Anyone else a fan of this show? I know there are only 7 episodes or something but I love it. How about the rest of you?

I only saw it once or twice, but thought it was pretty cool. The best part, though, is the themesong...Me First and the Gimme Gimmes are the best!!
  3. Nice, good thing I made a search...

Undergrads is one of the best animated shows ever made. Although, they made only 13 episodes for only 1 season, it remains a classic show.

One of the reasons I like it so much is that I totally identify with the characters. My 3 friends and I match the 4 characters almost perfectly (personality wise, not physically). I'm a mix of Gimpy and Nitz, but more Gimpy. Another is Cal, mostly physically (an exception). My best friend is Rocko. And the last one is Nitz, who is always spending time with his girlfriend, and never around when we need him. When we see him is when his girl is busy. Very much like Nitz (remember the "Risk" episode?).

Our relationship between each other is also quite similar. I'm used to be best friends with Nitz, until we finished high school and went to university, and he started going out with his girlfriend. Me and Rocko are really close. He is a perfect clone of the character. He doesn't go to a big university like the rest of us, he tells it like it is, and is into porn and booze. Period. And, Cal. This guy looks exactly like Cal, meaning he is blonde, but doesn't score like Cal. Rocko hates Cal, just like in the show. But, in the end, we remain a Click, and get together whenever possible. We even play Risk when we're on vacation. And it DOES take us hours.

So long live Undergrads! I really hope they come back. The show's creator Pete Williams says they are close, but nothing has come up for a while now. I mean it is one of those shows, like Simpson, Seinfeld, Family Guy, etc. that just hits a chord with the viewer and touches him or her on an emotional level. The humor is on cue, and it works wonders! The creator, the producers, the director, the voice actors, and the writer are one talented bunch.

A friend of mine has the EXACt same voice as nitz, funny. Another friend is a dead ringer for Rocko.
