If anyone out there could enlighten me about the eq knobs on the sm-900. I own one I bought it from a friend. It confuses the hell out of me. I play mostly gospel/R&B music. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Rich

Not that difficult really, different people have different approaches - essentially there are two switchable three band parametric EQs with common bass anad treble controls. I tend to leave the parametrics flat these days, and just use the bass and treble knobs. A Sansamp bass driver DI works well with this amp to make it a little less "clinical". Let your ears be the best judge of the Aural Enhancer, although the general setting seems to be either one o'clock or completely off. I strongly suugest you download a free user's manual from the SWR site. Good luck.
