I just got a Soundblox 2 Manta Bass Filter I played it and it worked fine for a while. I unplugged it to go do something else and when I came back I used the wrong power supply, with 16V compared to 9V, and it started to produce horrible static noises. I hadn't noticed the power supply until 5 minutes later after playing with the controls. With the regular power supply connected to the pedal none of the effects are working. Can I fix this or did I just shag up big time? I just looked and the pedal only takes 200mA minimum, the wrong power supply I used outputs at 800mA. Also the polarity for the correct pedal is negative, the other one is AC power.

So I talked to the people at Source Audio, they're going to look at it for me despite having no warranty.

I think you should contact Source Audio to see what can be done, most likely you have fried something.

I bought it from a 3rd party seller so there's no warranty from Source Audio, I did though sent an email to Source Audio asking what damage may have occurred.

Maybe there's a possibilty of repairing the pedal at a reasonable cost.

Just out if curiosity, what pedal are you using 16V AC for?

The 16V adapter is for a vacuum tube DAC amp
