I've just been lent one of these. Has anyone here used them with a bass? Suggested settings?

Univibe (pitch vibrato) is a bit tricky to get good results on bass, IMO. I mean, it works fine, nothing wrong with using it if it sounds good to you, but IMO it kind of takes away from the strength and focus of a bass tone. Better for solos or noodley fun, worse for rhythm playing. So aside from "off" ;), the setting I would suggest is "minimal depth and range" so it is a subtle tonal effect rather than a psychedelic swirl.

I've already found that the tremolo pedal (lent by the same person) is not going to work for me. I'm hoping I can use this one for something.
